The Iron Tiara is a brilliant story and has a massive bonus of more Grizz and Kitt. I loved getting to know Anthony and Christy, I always wondered how they ended up together and this book explains it all.
I don't want to give anything away so I'm just going to say this book has a lot of surprises and is a little different from the trilogy as it's a tad bit darker. It's just left me craving more of Beth's words I'm hoping we get the children's stories next! Five stars
This unlikely pair fall deeply and sweetly in love despite the life they are embroiled in.
Brilliantly written and so good to get snatches of Grizz and Kit throughout. A tad gory for me in places; however you can't help liking both characters. Great ending and quite a shock, thought he went too easily, but was not expecting that! Loved the Nine Minutes Trilogy and have re-read it many times so this was a bonus for me. Would be cool to maybe read about the children of Grizz and Anthony, and how they cope and what they do with their lives coming from criminal beginnings. Highly recommended.
Well let me tell you it definitely went way above any expectations I had. Beth is an amazing storyteller.
Anthony Bear is a force of nature he can't be controlled he's a storm... wild, dangerous and merciless. Storms are ruthless, unforgiving and so is Anthony Bear.
We met Bear in the trilogy but he remained an enigma. One I wanted to know more about.
This story fills in a lot of the blanks so we find out more of his history. It felt like coming home, a trip down memory lane.
I loved the crossover between the books it brought back so many emotions.
Bears story didn't disappoint I love him even more now and I just adored his and Christys journey, for two people so different they just fit so perfectly.
Absolutely Fantastic I can't say anymore than that. Loved it. 💗
From the moment I picked up the book I was completely captivated by the story, I didn't want to put it down, real life could wait. This is a dark, gripping thrill ride, with action , suspense and romance.
Anthony is about as Alpha as it gets, and upon meeting Christy dismisses her as a high society princess type. The type of woman he abhors!
Christy is strong, fiercely independent and caring, she is always looking out for other people.
This story is not hearts and flowers. If you read the Nine minutes trilogy you will understand the dark places their story can go, if you haven't read those books yet - you are missing out!
I thoroughly recommend this one, you will not be disappointed! (but you may need to cancel plans until you've finished!!!)
I love the way this book was written, with such great characters. Anthony and Christy have a great rapport. Loved it! A great read, in fact I think I will be re reading it very soon.
I seemed to have got of to a slow start, I became a bit frustrated as I couldn't seem to get into it...... I have only the folk around me to blame!
They wanted fed they wanted drinks "I'm Hungary" or "I'm bored was a constant every time I picked my e reader up! So after 50 death stares and my own personal screaming fit I was left alone.....
This book is just brilliant Beth Flynn deserves a standing ovation for a job well done. This is Anthony and Christy's story and it's sad and funny and yes the violence is there. I would absolutely recommend The Iron Tiara and I hope everyone gets peace to read it!
