Product Description

The Pro Diver from Invicta adds a touch of sportiness to the precision and sophistication of Swiss timekeeping. This lovely ladies' watch is made with the finest stainless steel, including a 38-millimeter case, and a 23-karat gold-plated crown, bracelet, and blue unidirectional bezel. The round blue dial is simple yet elegant with gold hand indicators, silver hour markers and indexes, and a date display at the three o'clock. Powered by Swiss quartz movement, the Pro Diver is water resistant to 660 feet.

Pro Diver Collection

Plunge into any horizon using the steadfast guidance of the Invicta Pro Diver. Stylishly classic, internal workings are forged with variations of either Swiss chronograph or 21-jewel automatic movements and willingly navigate in depths up to 300 meters. Built with confident prowess, the fortitude with which these timepieces function makes the Pro Diver the quintessential in performance.

Screw Down Crowns: Many Invicta watches are equipped with a screw down crown to help prevent water infiltration. This is most common on our Diver models. In order to adjust the date and/or time on such a watch, you must first unscrew the crown before you can gently pull it out to its first or second click stop position. To do this, simply rotate the crown counterclockwise until it springs open. When you have finished setting the watch, the crown must then be pushed in and screwed back in tightly. Not doing so will cancel the water resistance of the watch and will void all warranties from the manufacturer. Overall, this process should not require a lot of effort or force.

I purchased it for my Daughter, as a water sports watch which she could take to the beach surfing.

200m water resistant, HaHa , more like 20mm. Water in it at the first outing to the beach.

Would appear to be not an uncommon event, read of the other Invictor reviews on the Amazon.com reviews.

Yes looks pretty, resonnably cheap, just not very water proof.

Invicta Women's Pro Diver Collection Watch #4868
Excellent purchase...this watch is beautiful, extremely rugged, and well constructed. I purchased it because I am infamous for ruining watches by dunking them in water...and this watch can take the waves! I'm not a diver but I am very active and cannot be worried about my 'jewelry' not keeping up with my lifestyle. This beautiful watch from Invicta could keep up with Wonder Woman!

HASH(0x978f2c0c) out of 5 stars Cheap design 14 Mar. 2009

It's a nice watch but I am a scuba diving instructor and it can't handle the wear and tear. Have already had to take it to a jewelers once because it flooded while I was only diving in 20' deep water. The blue ring around the dial on the outside has cracks and chips that have fallen out of it. I am a woman and it hasn't held up that great; I'd hate to see how it would handle the wear and tear on a guy.

HASH(0x92895c84) out of 5 stars Stay Away Don't Buy, Flooded on first dive. 28 Dec. 2011
By Mary Edgerton - Published on Amazon.com

I bought three (3) of these watches. One was purchased from Amazon and the other two from another site because Amazon only had one watch in stock. I was weary after reading lots of reviews but a few weeks earlier I had purchased the mans version, which I purchased from Amazon. They are great looking watches but if you are buying this for diving I would think twice. One of the watches flooded on the first dive to about 45 ft. A second watch flooded after about 4 dives with a max depth to 110 ft. The third watch up to now is still working fine, keeping my fingers crossed. I contacted Invicta and they want $28 per watch just to send them back for repair. On top of that they quoted me an additional $28.00 to repair the flooded watch where the second hand had also fallen off and $9.00 to repair the one that just flooded. Give me a break, these watches were less then two weeks old. If you plan on using this for diving it's hit or miss, actually in my case with four Invicta dive watches it's a 50% success rate. If you just want a nice looking dive watch that will never see any water deeper then your shower this is the one for you. This review was not written by Mary but here husband Mark. The watches were purchased as birthday gifts. If you are looking for a serious dive watch, make sure it has a screw down crown. I'm considering just cutting my loss and buying another brand watch. After all, there is no guarantee that after I get them back from Invicta (Quoted as 90 days) that they won't flood again.

HASH(0x92903fcc) out of 5 stars Don't Waste Your Money on Invicta! 25 Jan. 2012
By G. Krage - Published on Amazon.com
This is the second one of these watches I have purchased for my wife. They aren't expensive but they do look nice.Looks aren't everything though because we have had nothing but trouble with them. These are supposed to be diver's watches but they leak horribly and condensation on the crystal is always a problem even out of the water. The model 2961 doesn't even have a screw down knob for the time set.

The Invicta warranty service is also horrendous. Not only do they require you to pay shipping to and from the factory for warranty repairs ($60 total), it took them over 4 months to repair the watch the last time. When we got it back from Invicta, within 1 month condensation appeared on the inside of the crystal and the watch hadn't even been in the water! We are certainly not going to pay another $60 to ship it back and forth to Invicta. We would have spent more in shipping than we paid for the watch!

Save your money and look elsewhere.

HASH(0x92895c30) out of 5 stars classy watch 13 Aug. 2009
By J. Wright - Published on Amazon.com
Its a beautiful watch, I really like the blue face. My only complaint is that the inside edge of the band is sharp, and stratches my inner wrist, its a bit uncomfortable. I had it sized, and its not too small, but as it moves, the sharp edges rub.
