As a UK property investor with a market heading towards Lease Options it is useful to hear Wendy's perspective and her approach using strategies that favour alliances with Estate Agents. Her book has useful check lists and is more a program than an insight - almost as if you were on her training course. I found it useful and pitched differently from Peter Conti's work How to Create Multiple Streams of Income: Buying Homes in Nice Areas with Nothing Down!(highly recommended.) Well worth reading and an easy read it that. Read it cover to cover and found it interesting that she added repairs to the option price at the end - a good idea. Late fees are also added plus an order payments are applied. Clearly Wendy knows her stuff and is happy to pass on her learnings in her book!
