Excellent book, very informative. Slightly out of date by a few years in some things and EU now has 28 countries not 27. Could be doing with a third edition now. Invaluable for my Business Law class however.

Ideal for NC/HNC/HND students. Clear message and enjoyable subject. It is also challenging. Highly recommend this book when studying buisiness law. The downside is that it does not contain information about the trade description act.

As a student of the writers of this book I can truly say it is wonderful. I studied this when preparing for my exams and I passed with top grades. I have read a lot of legal books but this one is by far the best!
