Ignore the title this is a great introduction to systemic ideas full stop, not just for work with individuals. It introduces complex ideas in a readable way with clear clinical examples. An ideal book for anyone training in systemic therapy.

This book is really easy to read. fully explains systemic therapy and gives good examples of how therapy works. i would recommend this book to anyone interested in this area of work.
