It is not a book for beginners, though. The reader must be quite well versed in C# in general and LINQ + .NET multi-tasking in particular.
A must buy to grasp this great technology.
Read this book, written by a guy who has been there and done it, and lay down the solid foundations you need to get the most from RX.
Good work Mr Campbell.
Can't wait for 'The Cookbook'!
With RX It's quite east to consume and expose fluid or stream of data..push rocks..
Read this book on the way to office..
This book changed everything. Since I discovered Introduction to Rx, I've never looked back. I have more confidence in myself, and people in the tube don't give me strange looks and move to another seat any more. Girls at parties really dig my monadic pick up lines, and I've even lost that strange rash.
I really can't thank the author enough!
On a more serious note: I worked with Lee on an Rx heavy project. He and his blog were always invaluable sources of information - for developers of all levels of Rx experience. This book must the most thorough "introduction" to Rx around.
