I am not from a business background. I am reading this book as a lay person who is interested in possibly buying a franchise. I would never have expected to find the subject so interesting! The book is very well written in a way that avoids using lots of jargon and 'business speak'. It is immediately engaging and very informative at the same time. The author looks at the subject comprehensively, very fairly and from every angle. I let my Mum have a look at the book as she does have a passing interest in business. It was very hard to get her to give it me back! I highly recommend this book to anyone who has the slightest interest in Franchising. It is excellent.
