Full of disorganized, irrelevant and useless information

This book is very badly organized and is full of irrelevant, unnecessary information. It even gives you technical details about Dobsonian telescopes!! As if one would ever use a Dobsonian telescope for CCD photometry. He also gets his digs in on men by referring to astronomers as "she" or "her" even though the vast majority of astronomers are, always have been, and always will be men. This is typical ultra-liberal university based political correctness that distracts from the subject the book is supposed to be about. If you really want to know how to do CCD photometry skip this book and find one that actually discusses the subject matter.
