About the Author

Henry Ford (1863-1947) was the American founder of the Ford Motor Company and father of modern assembly lines used in mass production. His introduction of the Model T automobile revolutionized transportation and American industry. He was a prolific inventor and was awarded 161 U.S. patents. As owner of the Ford Motor Company, he became one of the richest and best-known people in the world. He is credited with "Fordism", that is, the mass production of large numbers of inexpensive automobiles using the assembly line, coupled with high wages for his workers. Ford had a global vision, with consumerism as the key to peace. Ford did not believe in accountants; he amassed one of the world's largest fortunes without ever having his company audited under his administration. Henry Ford's intense commitment to lowering costs resulted in many technical and business innovations, including a franchise system that put a dealership in every city in North America, and in major cities on six continents. Ford left most of his vast wealth to the Ford Foundation but arranged for his family to control the company permanently. --This text refers to an alternate Paperback edition.

Many interesting points and one must remember that the book was written in 1920s - well before the State of Israel was created. Many consider The Protocols of the Elders of Zion to be "a dangerous lie" (questionable) - however, by looking also at The Emancipation of the Jews in 1700+ and past history events (including the anti-Jewish pogroms) one might get an idea why a society within other societies is not welcomed by many. There is also the strong belief that the Jews want to control the world, would that be via wars, cinema and media. I am not suggesting one way or the other but worth reading this book and I would add to read Borders and Barricades 1800-1914.

The book was compiled by Henry Ford (the same Henry Ford behind Ford Motors) from a selection of articles written for a newspaper he funded, The Dearborn Independent. Ford was an anti-semite and considered the 'Jewish menace' to be 'the world's foremost problem' Adolf Hitler described him as the the leader of the Fascist movement in America and he's the only American mentioned in Mein Kampf. Ford was not alone in having anti-semite views. Both Charles Lindbergh and Walt Disney also shared his concern over the 'Jewish Menace' The book was published in four volumes between 1920-1922, but was withdrawn from sale in 1927 following a libel suit.

A brilliant read to further your view on HF. Do not agree with anything in this book as evil comes in all colours from all backgrounds but The Great Man still is high in my esteem and the reasons he wrote this are clear from the time he was born in and the world he lived in at that point. This does not change my view of HF as much of what i am able to do today is because of the work he is credited for regardless of how much input he had in those ideas. Simple analysis of HF is for those who admire and love him "The Great Man" And to those who admire his work and not him he is "The Most Important Man". Read this and shake off any negative view you have of those beloved people for who have done so much for our world and time, the jewish people! But loving them shouldn't let you neglect the magnificence that was Henry Ford!
