An OK Intro to Interior Design
30 November 2014
This books provides a whistle-stop tour of the basic stages of an interior design project, with tips on professional practice and small tasks to get you thinking about the design of places you know and how you could change them The chapters are well organized and take your through each major step of a project from inception to completion. However, it really is quite brief and you aren't going to find a lot of technical detail. With the exception of the section on technical drawing, most people with a passing interest in interior design probably won't find anything in this book that they didn't already know or could have guessed.
In short, this book is great to whet your appetite for interior design and help you decide whether it is a career you might be interested in persuing further; but beyond that you aren't going to gain a great deal from this one.
