Nothing wrong with the card it self. Unfortunately i am still considering if i should buy t2 or t1 for my server so i am not sure of full 10gb bandwidth yet, but at least it uses 1gb bandwidth nicely (iperf result rise 939-949mbits/s from around 700mbits). Bought this one to test the compatibility. Luckily it seems to work on both OS. I took one star because no driver were included and windows 7 did not recognize the card with out them. This is bit troublesome and in my opinion network card should always come with drivers unless the most used OS already has workable drivers, which would allow user to retrieve newer ones. This is over £250 product so adding less than £10 (probably closer to £2) to add usb stick with drivers probably wont turn off any customers. Usually i do not mind that there is no drivers, but it is kinda mandatory to have working connection to actually download the drivers

I will try to update the review when i get the second card.

edit: this card is compatible with Freenas and works out of the box.
