If you're looking for a spiritual quantum leap you've found it.

Not just 'a book' - A Treasure Trove for Total Transformation!

I thought the first two chapters alone were enough to set you up with a "Handbook for Life". Every paragraph is a gem. The final chapter is truly mind blowing. This book provides so many insights and ahas. When the ahas come they grab hold of your heart and make you want to jump up and down with joy! Mike helps you to REALLY 'get' it.

Before 'Infinite Possibilities' I had read hundreds of personal and spiritual development books. I'd studied all the biggest 'gurus' (including the beloved Louise Hay, Abraham-Hicks, Sanaya Roman, Gill Edwards, Wayne Dyer). But Mike Dooley blew me away. I felt bursting with Love! You know when someone does something really nice for you, and you want to hug and kiss them! Multiply that feeling by about a thousand :-)

The book 'Infinite Possibilities' is a transcript of the cd set 'Infinite Possibilities'. As far as I can see, it mirrors the spoken audio set word for word. I bought the CD set several years ago at a time when I thought I couldn't afford it - but it was worth every single penny. The book (cost-wise and every-other-wise) is an absolute bargain! I do also love listening to Mike though and found his inflection helpful in my understanding of the concepts he was conveying (though he makes it so simple). But it's much easier to browse and linger over a book than a cd set.

I wished when I listened to the cds that I could rewind every sentence to savour it and take it all in (no hi-tech-i-pod rewind technology for me then). I wished I had transcriptions of the cds. The Universe heard me and Mike brought out this book.

It's a Gift from the Universe.

Infinite Possibilities: The Art of Living Your Dreams

'Thoughts become things'

Mike introduces us to the concept that our `thoughts become things' pointing out that everything that ever existed began as a thought. He allows us to imagine living the life of our dreams and when focusing on our goals, he encourages us to use the art of visualisation, concentrating on the end result of our dreams and not dwelling on `how' this will come about. So often we spend time worrying and fretting about how something will happen, trying to make it happen, concentrating on our fears, instead of offering up our dreams to the universe and its wisdom to show us the way. Taking visualisation one step further, Mike shares some of his earlier experiences describing how as a young man, he created his own `Vision Book' with pictures of everything he wanted to `create' in his life. He soon found out that life was manifesting his dreams in ways that he could not have imagined and has continued to live his life in this way for many years since. His appearance in the film The Secret is his testament to the power of visualisation and how not to dwell on the blessed `hows'!

Mike gives us this advice when aiming for our goals - if you don't know what to do, do anything! = sometimes, just taking little steps can be productive. Often just waiting can mean that you'll soon find the answer - if you stay true to yourself, eventually you'll reach the point of `knowing'. He encourages us to grow spiritually through thought, just as building the life of our dreams is through thought.

Like many others, I discovered MIke Dooley via The Secret. I am a huge Spiritual Principle/Thought Science person and am very well read in this genre. I like my books to be specific, to the point and practical (with loads of food for thought). I tend to read works by many of the original New Thought authors and spiritual scientists since they fully embodied the Spirit of what today is the Law of Attraction movement!

This is a nice read - I could have done with it being shorter as I was ready for it to finish. My husband, on the other hand, listened to the audio of this book and he found it to be very insightful and life changing.

I find that the only difference between 3 and 5 stars is one of personal preference here. The real life changing books for me in this last year have been Joseph Murphy (The Power of Your Subconscious), Law and the Promise (Neville Goddard), and Statue in the Square (Joanne St.Clair). After reading these books I applied the techniques and won a couple of hundred thousand pounds on the lottery just after Xmas. I found the key which works, something this Mike Dooley book did not provide.

Like I said though, I believe it is simply preference and what resonates in terms of writing style.

Okay so this is my second... no third copy of this book I have bought. Why? Because having read yea hundreds of different authors on this subject, and trust me I mean hundreds. I trust Mike Dooley, Mike Dooley does not write stuff just for the sake of a Pound or two. If Mike produces a new book its because he has something real to share. At various times in life it can feel difficult to get up and get on, and that's when I revert to the fist ever book I ever picked up on this subject. Mike takes me back to basics, stops to much information going round and round and I go back and simplify it. Of course my quest for more will always be a hunger I hope to never satisfy..But Mike is someone I would scream about from the roof tops and share with the world. Trust in an author is vital I think and some writers I just don't feel understand this crucial component. I need to trust you dear writers. Mike I trust even if you do remind me of a young Victor Meldrew..sorry Mike but I expect you will never actually see this .. ha ha so its okay.
