I've not had this DVD that long but I've tried all of the recipes (inc the meat, for which I substituted veg) and I can't recommend it highly enough. The tips Mridula gives throughout, like frying off all the moisture in the onions before adding your dry spices, like ensuring only warm water (not cold) is ever added to a sauce, etc, have improved my cooking generally. As the other reviewer has said, the Saag Paneer dish is beautiful - I've been cooking it once a week. And the onion bhajiyas are the best I have ever made. She also has a sympathetic no-nonsense attitude to chilli seeds (leave 'em in!)
I won't say Madhur move over - that would be sacrilegious - but please make room for Mridula in your cookery library.
