This is the first book I have read by this author and I did like it. The story started off really well and then I don't know what went wrong, maybe it was me but I just started to get annoyed with the main characters and how they were acting towards each other. I did finish the book as I wanted to see how it ended but I did skip a few lines here and there as I was getting slightly fed up with how parts of the story unfolded. I would read another book by this author.

Another brilliant read from this author. I just love her work. Storylines are great. Fast flowing, an emotional roller coaster for the 2 lead characters. So much topsey turvey, that the time just flew by reading it. Its a fast learning curve for the female character and although the male lead character is world wise, they are both quite naïve on some things. So well worth the read.

I love this author and this is one of her longer works which means I loved it that bit more lol.

Chelsea needs money to help pay for her brothers care. What better way than to work as a maid for the summer for a wealthy older gentleman, even if the site you got the job from seems to have a bit of a reputation……

What Chelsea wasn't counting on was the man who actually hired her. A man who only hired her to rile up his father but who ended up with so much more than he expected.

I adored the characters in this novel, even the ‘evil’ ones. Their characters were so well written. I loved Alex’s butler Jamison, how his characters relationship with Chelsea developed was heartwarming.

April, I had a love hate relationship with her in my mind, once you read the book you'll understand. She is a perfectly written Hollywood diva! Chelsea I loved tho I will ad,it to wanting to reach into my kindle just to give her a slap and to yell at her to stop being so naïve! Alex……I'm not sure what I felt in relation to him. Looking back over his and Chelsea's encounters, besides the physical aspect, it left me wondering why she would bother with him, he seemed like a self absorbed, uncertain man. Saying that I couldn't help but love him, Ms Parker is just that good a character writer in my humble opinion.

I will admit to one thing tho, and that was wanting to know more of their relationship. I have a love hate relationship with novels where the characters finally resolve their issues, fall into each others arms to the encounter the words THE END!! I know this could lead to a long book but I admit to liking to see an epilogue set x amount of time into the future. Saying that however it is a lovely lighthearted, easy read that will leave you smiling at the end.

Well worth a one click.

Please note I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I was looking forward to this book when I first heard about it and I can honestly say that this is by far the best that I have come across of M.S. Parker's books, I love the story line, the plot and the characters. The story came alive whilst I was reading through it and I could see it clearly in my head.

I loved reading about Chelsea as she has done well for herself considering when she was younger her mother abandoned both her and her younger brother Zach and their father was also killed in a car crash. She managed to look after herself growing up but she was also worried about Zach as he was diagnosed as Autism when he was younger and however now she is in college and is hoping to secure enough money to help pay for Zach's place in a programme that specifically helps with children who have Autism.

The only way that Chelsea has found that can help her get the money is by applying for a job as a cleaning lady at a bachelors house where she would spend the summer there working. Chelsea didn't want to be away from Zach and her friends and foster family but she knew that the only way she could help her brother was to take on this job. However the last thing that she was expecting was to fall for Alex, since meeting him her world has turned completely upside down but she can't help but feel that there is something there. Little does she know that she was originally hired as a joke to annoy Alex's father but even after she became aware of that Alex still decided to keep her on as staff.

Alex was sure what to expect when Chelsea turned up at his manor to work for him but the moment he saw her he didn't know what was going on in his head or heart but he could tell that this was going to be an interesting few months.

When college student Chelsea takes a job as a maid from a website that is notorious for having a reputation for old men to get a mistress, but needing the money for her brother Karl to get the help he needs she has no option but to take it but it means leaving Portland to go to Holland for three months. What could be the worst that happens well her new boss isn't who she expected and she finds out that he only hired her as a joke to get back at his father. But then Alex sees something in Chelsea and he knows what he has been missing and it's her. But no book would be complete without secrets, scandal and a secondary character you want to reach into the book and slap.

Just when Chelsea thinks she is getting somewhere with Alex something or someone is their to spoil it but with the help of butler Jamison and his sister-in-law they tell him to go get Chelsea but after harsh things are said will she have him back?

Will Chelsea and Alex get a happy ending? Or will it end in disaster?
