About the Author

Ashley Suzanne is a married mother of three little boys as well as a daughter, aunt, sister, best friend, birth mother, blogger, book whore and author. Ashley is a native to the suburbs of Detroit, with most of her family living in Kentucky and New York. You can usually find Ashley sitting in bed, with her laptop, playing on Facebook, pretending to write, entering giveaways (she’s also a swag whore) or on a football field with her oldest son, Tyler. Yep, not only is she a football fan, she’s a football mom! When she’s reading, it’s typically something to do with romance, erotica being her favorite genre. Ashley co-owns a blog, 2 Chicks and a Blog, with her GBFF Manda. She’s a total fan-girl over a few authors, Pamela Ann, Madeline Sheehan, SE Hall, Hilary Storm, Jasinda Wilder, Angela Graham, CM Stunich and Riley Rhea to name a few. Ashley has no pets, unless you count her children and she is a little OCD. Her favorite color is pink. Her favorite drink is cherry vodka and coke and double chocolate brownies are a must.

I really enjoyed this book in the series. Can't wait for the next book. I know it's Danny's point of view but definitely Skylar deserves the girl.

This is the second part to the series. Its the story of mirage told from Danny's point of view.

I loved book one. Second book wasn't as gripping as I knew the story but I did find it interesting to see it all from Danny's view. I'm looking forward to reading the next in this series.

Received in return for honest review.

Ashley Suzanne has written another great story, a companion to her first novel "Mirage". I really enjoyed her first story where we meet Mira,Sky,Danny and Kylee. This gives us a back story of how Mira and Danny fell in love. I love Ashley's writing style and read the book in one sitting. Their's is a sweet story of young love and Danny does seem to be the perfect boyfriend but I am still team Skylar and rooting for him in Awakening. My god how he must have suffered watching Danny and Mira together for 4 years. So come on Ashley don't let me down. Let Danny find happiness with Melissa and have Mira and Skylar ride off into the sunset together!

Only Reason for 4 star, is that it was a novella, I loved it just as much as Mirage :)

Firstly thank you to Ashley for providing me with an ARC of this book to review for this :) <3 Much LOVEAGE

YAY! We get to see the story behind Mira & Danny. If you've read Mirage then you know in the beginning we didn't know him as he was involved in an accident and died.

In this though, oh boy.....totally different story.

We get to see who the real Danny is

We get to see the blossoming relationship that blooms and strengthens between Mira & Danny.

This whole book is set in Danny's POV, and his trial and tribulations in winning HIS girl.

I did finish this in one sitting, yes, it's a short novella, but it still had me hooked from page one.

We see more of the relationship between Skylar & Danny, as these two are not only best-friends but brothers, from another mother ;)

Sklyar is still H to the O to the T!

Guys! If you've read the ending of Mirage.....then I think this saying totally goes........"Houston, we have a problem"

There are a few surprises in this book and I can't wait to read Awakened as I have a plan of what I want to happen and I do hope Ashley does come through and give us all, the most important thing in bromance....sorry I mean Romance :) HEA.....That's right out HAPPILY EVE AFTER!

CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT FRICKING BOOK!

What is there to say except 5 stars simply does not do this justice. Team Skylar all the way but cant help but fall in love with Danny in this book. I am so glad we got the chance to hear things from Danny's point of view but only makes me all the more desperate for the next book to find out who she ends up with (is both an option?). This book has everything you could ask for, alpha males, bikes and an motorcyle club. It is so well written and all I can say is, please hurry up with Awakening, I need it now! Love this series!

i really enjoyed this book. it's from dannys P.O.V . you can see how much he loved her. for me personally danny needs to open his eyes and see whats right infront of him. it's clear as day that she is in love with his best friend. he needs to do the right thing if he loves her then he needs to let her go.

looking forward to reading the next part in the series.
