Product description

About the Author

When Tiffany Carmouché is not writing romance novels, you can find her sculpting, traveling, teaching, singing, dancing, escaping in music or enjoying her family. From skydiving in Alaska to scuba diving in Hawaii, Carmouché has traveled the world seeking adventures. These include riding camels in Africa, swimming under the stars in Puerto Rico, dancing salsa in Ecuador, and walking the cobblestone roads of Assisi, Italy. She has also found fulfillment working with the disabled and orphans in Argentina and Mexico. Her most cherished moments, however, have been watching her two beautiful daughters grow and strive to accomplish their own dreams. Despite all of these amazing experiences, she has survived many struggles. There was a time she felt defeated, but now she is recommitted to savoring experiences both in the novels she writes and in the life she lives each day. Tiffany’s secret hope is that anyone who is struggling will realize there is a light at the end of the tunnel and no matter how hard the fight, no matter how many times they have been knocked down, it is always worth staggering up to their feet and learning to breathe again.

Right from the onset I felt connected to the story via the authors' lovely descriptive writing, I could sense the anticipation & excitement of the characters, which drew me further into the book. The story evolves at a comfortable pace making sure that any `flash backs' do not confuse the reader, nicely dropping back into the present storyline, giving a perfect history & meaning for the characters' feelings & actions. You are given just the right amount of insight to follow the story without giving too much away so that you are eager to read the next chapter, making this a hard book to put down.
The love story itself is very well written and doesn't give anything away until just the right moments, you don't feel like you can guess what is coming next with this one.
I found myself so `at one' with the feelings of each of the main characters', that my heart was beating from my chest at many points throughout. The thriller/suspense aspect is fantastic! I can only compare it too watching a movie where you want to shout "Run! Hide! Quick!" and duck yourself behind a cushion, but just can't tear yourself away. I really don't want to give any of the storyline away but I can say, the ending of The Impostor will make you pace the floor eager for the next instalment!

A really well written book, that doesn't leave anything out!
This book is written so well that right from the start the book reels you in with insights into the characters lives and history without being tedious. I love this because you don't feel duped like in some of the more 'famous' books which seem to drag or on the opposite, a little rushed. The author has created a perfect balance. There are also many elements to the book without it being complicated. I wouldn't know how to categorise this book as there are so many elements to it, firstly it is a love story but along with that there is suspense, fun, mystery, Romance, disaster & those downright heart-beating-out-of-your-chest moments!
I don't want to go to much into the actual story line or plot of the book as you need to experience every moment youself via the fantastic descriptive, beautiful writing!
A '5 stars' review from me :) Really really enjoyed my journey with this book & can't wait for the second of the trilogy :) Please put us out of our misery soon :) xx

Wow-o-wow. First book by Tiffany Carmouche and what a book it is. I was unable to put this down read it over a 24hour period. I was really connected with the characters and the plot and was left in suspense hence why I was unable to put this story down.

I was constantly holding my breath and even found myself crying in parts. This book flowed beautiful throughout the chapters.

The ending was equally as fantastic and leaves you wanting more and wanting to know what happens to Nicole and Dylan. Carn't wait for next book.

Definately a novel not to be missed.

New author, first novel, and wow - what an amazing job Tiffany has done. There wasn't a moment that I wasn't engaged with the characters or the plot. I was able to read this novel in two sittings; I had on planned on it being more (simply because I was tired and needed sleep), yet on the first night of reading it, I attempted to put it down, but my mind won the battle. I had to keep reading. I simply had to discover what happened next.

The build up of mystery and tension in this suspenseful romantic novel is superbly done. I found myself constantly holding my breath and nervously listening for creaks in the house. There were some beautifully crafted romantic moments that had me swooning for Dylan, and several moments when I shed a tear. Stunning!

The novel flowed very well effectively creating a good balance of suspense, character interaction and the lovely romance. I did figure out fairly early on what was happening and made my predictions, yet that didn't effect my enjoyment. It simply made me want to keep reading to check to see if I was right. Yes, I am that reader! lol!

The ending. Oh my! Tiffany, what an ending you have created. I have no idea what to expect for book two, other than I can not wait to read it, and no doubt it will be as wonderful as The Imposter.

Bex 'n' Books rated 4.5 Fabulous Fairies~
