And AC4/COD:G are going to be game changers?

As far as I'm concerned, Watch Dogs and Killzone are two of the more anticipated games I'll be getting on PS4.

I wish we knew how many of each bundle Amazon have. I really want one particular bundle, none of the others interest me. I submitted my choice back when the selection page was leaked but I appreciate that it still goes in order of preorder date.

I just really hope that one bundle is still available when they email me.

8th July so I'm a little concerned as the bundle I want seems to be very popular!

I wouldn't touch any of games in bundles. Within a month or so of release you'll be able to pick a second hand one up for half rrp. Market will be absolutely saturated with em. I'll be getting a none bundle game or two with standalone console. Il then be buying watchdogs, Kz for half price from one of you bundle buyers.

Just got the email, I pre-ordered on 2nd August.

I went with Watchdogs (bundle 2), it looks amazing, I'm surprised more people aren't getting it. That and Battlefield 4 are my day 1 games :)

Im struggling to understand the logic as as most games would have gone down in price and even your games will also be 2nd hand at 2nd hand price so unless your buying a game that cheaper than the bundle or standalone bundle game surely your no better off financially.

@ Fordino - Its a great shame that Watch dogs and Battelfield 4 arnt in a bundle together, as they are my days ones as well!! :D

That said, as ill be buying BF4 Premium, I see little point in pre-ordering it 'because' of the incentive (DLC) is part of the Prem pack.

Andy123 says:
The only way your really going to save money is to wait for the games to become second hand like you said and watch your PS4 collect dust or even better you could wait 1-2years and get the PS4 when the price is reduced if you really want to save £££

Asda have the mega bundle for £439, is amazon going to price match that? Amazon usually always price match Asda

In reply to an earlier post on 10 Oct 2013, 22:19:50 BST
L. Devonald says:
I have a feeling they won't match asda... i mean, they COULD if they wanted to... but why would they?

unless you have already preordered from asda before 5th august... you aren't getting that bundle from them. whereas amazon are already emailing preorder customers who preordered weeks after that deadline and offering the upgrade.

ASD007 says:
I preordered from Tesco, hope they send me an email for an upgrade bundle same price as Asda

Avatouir says:
Pre-ordering after deadline doesn't mean you'll get the bundle, just that you'll be able to state a preference. Amazon will then look at all requests and allocate bundles on a first pre-order first served basis.

Also given that there will not be too many games as is normal for a brand new console I very much doubt you'll save that much money initially and certainly not this year so anyone who says different is talking rubbish quite frankly

WHOO-HAARR!! says:
So by your own logic then the most sensible thing YOU should do is not buy a console at launch and buy one 2nd hand or wait until they come down in price

EngineerD says:
The fact there is NOT an additional controller in most of the bundles is very misleading.

Posted on 11 Oct 2013, 16:28:00 BST
Avatouir says:
Well not really. The thing about a power lead and unit is that it is essential to the machine working. So is a controller and HDMi really but but the type and amount of controllers are variable (e.g. for split screen game with 2 players 2 are needed)
Plus the controllers can be used with any console
So it makes perfect sense to mention the number of controllers included.

J. M. Dillon says:
I don't see what the issue is with the bundle controller numbers. You only get 2 if you select a bundle that says 2x. But for those who are still having difficulty with that logic Amazon have kindly noted on the bundle page:
"PS4 Bundles
Please note, the number of controllers listed against each bundle refers to the total number of controllers in the bundle. All the games listed in the bundles come as physical items rather than downloads."

I see the controller thing is popping it's ugly head up again.
