This book is fantastic and well thought out! It is sectioned into reciped by ages starting from 6 months to 18 years and has recipes according to each age group for all occasions. At the back of it there are recipes for common health problems, like immune boosters etc. The recipes work and they are yammy - all of our family is enjoying them.

This is a good book as it has loads of different fruits and veg andthe benefits og them in regards to yhe nutritional content as well as the different illnesses and beneficial foods. I like the example recipes and have cooked a few already. My eating habits have already improved a bit due to the introduction of new food sources. The recipe section is also split into age groups. Perfect. Wish there were more recipes but what is there is adequate. You should release another with more recioes

If you are pregnant, have a baby or a child, then buy this! It gives a wealth of information on food and nutrition, from birth through to 18. It tells you what foods are good for specific illnesses and ailments, it explains the nutritional content of different foods, the changing nutritional needs of your child and it gives recipes that will help you to nourish your children. A great informative read, something you can easily dip in and out of.

I got this book to give me new ideas as i seemed to be slipping into a boring food routine, and bad habits for my children age 3 and 6. I have found it brilliant and there are some great simple recipes and snack ideas that are both nutritious and tasty. I would recommend this book to anyone. The only downside is the index doesnt make recipes easy to refind so i`v just written a list of my favourites on the back page!

this book is easy to understand, has great facts and info on specific foods and yummy recipes. a good book for empowering parents to take control of their children's health by providing immunity foods. i am studying children's nutrition and it has been a great resource for me.
