5.0 out of 5 stars Thank you for everything; I am very pleased with our interaction! 7 July 2014

Format: Paperback
This book arrived today, and to my surprise, there was a thank you card enclosed. The card contained an apology for the USPS damaging it in transit, during which time it was returned to the sender. The card went on to state that they were giving me a refund as well, which is unheard of, considering the fact that I received my item (although in a little rough shape). These folks are great and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
