If I Should Die was the 3rd and final installment in Amy Plum's Revenants series. It was jam packed with anger, sadness and loads of action.

The story starts where the last one ended, Kate distraught, Vincent dead and in the hands of Violette a girl whom the Barda believed and treated as one of their own because they believed that Vincent was the Champion.

Throughout the story we see Kate grieving for her lost love, somehow Kate manages to be able to hear Vincent. Kate's grandmother finds out all about the Revenants and like her husband she wants Kate to stay away from Frances Barda, until Kate and her sister go off wandering and almost get killed by Violette's men, forcing Kate's grandmother to make a deal with JB so that Kate and her family will have around the clock Revenant guards to keep them safe from the Numa.

During this final book - without revealing everything - Kate, her grandfather and Jules travel to America to try and get Vincent back and after they manage that something BIG happens to Kate which means that she gets to meet many new Revenats from across the world as well as some old Revenants that come back into her life and one leaving her life.

This book was worth the years wait! And the agony of the cliff-hanger at the end of `Until I Die.'

Writing this review without spoilers maybe a bit of a challenge.

The story is a roller coaster of emotions of pain, hope, love, loss, Joy and desperation. And full of action, there is no dull moment in this book and relationships and trust are formed!

I love Kate; she is very brave, full of heart and gains strength from those she loves.
We see the return of Charlotte and Charles and the rest of the characters and a few new ones who make this book what it is, which is a must read!

It's sad that this is the end of the series of these books, though I am looking forward to reading more of Amy Plums books and she has a new one out `After the End' in 2014.

I fell in love with Vincent, Kate and all the main characters in the first book. I was anxious to know how things turned out with the revenants in view of the betrayal in the last book. This book did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed this finale and would fully recommend to those who have read the first two books in this series.

Couldn't wait for this book to be released and it certainly didn't disappoint. Loved the fact that Kate isn't a weak pathetic girl she is strong and determined and never gives up fighting for Vincent. The twist was a bit predictable and I guessed what it would be in the second book but this didn't lessen my enjoyment. I loved the whole die for me series and would recommend anyone who enjoys supernatural romance to read them. if I could give it more stars I would.

After reading all 3 books I can say that it's a great series. The love story captivated me and I couldn't put my kindle down for a good few days. I will note that the way the main character is completely opposite of what someone in her position should be like, in this book she did seem stronger and a little more powerful but seriously.. that's all she does is cry!

Once I got started on If I should Die I can honestly admit I ploughed through it in a matter of days. I have loved reading this series and am sad to see it finish and although I pretty much guessed what was going to happen I was still anxious to see what the end result would be. I highly recommend this series :)

Both an enjoyable read and lovely end to what has been a great series, If I should Die was a book I thoroughly enjoyed. With romance, intrigue and an ultimate battle between good and evil, fans of the series will not be disappointed with this final instalment of Amy Plum’s marvellous revenants trilogy.

When Vincent’s body is destroyed, Katie is left alone and distraught. Now with her boyfriend stuck as a wandering spirit - both of them betrayed by someone they thought a friend - and an impending war arising between the immortals of Paris, Kate is more determined than ever to play her part in putting things back to rights. She will not lose any more people she cares about!

So setting out on the seemingly hopeless task of reanimating her boyfriend, Kate is willing to pay any price to bring Vincent back to her. Yet when her family are suddenly thrust into the thick of her problems with the immortals, Kate’s realises her future, and that on those she loves, hangs on a single decision. But just what will Kate be willing to sacrifice, her love, her family… or her life…

Amy Plum did an amazing job of bringing this trilogy to a stunning conclusion. Picking up exactly where the last book left off, the reader is instantly thrown back into the action. With Vincent lost and the Revenants on the brink of war, the story moved at a fast pace and I found it almost impossible to put this book down. A real page turner!

Yet while I did guess many of the plot points, there were a few surprises along the way. But ultimately, everything that I wanted to happen, happened, therefore leaving me a very happy reader.

Also in this book Kates growth as character is truly apparent.
