Well the first reviewer obviously didn't know what they were listening to...or buying...

This is the re-recorded version of this song hence 2013. Basically the band could not come to an agreement with previous record label Universal, to put their back catalogue on iTunes, Universal wanted too big a cut. So the band are releasing selected singles on iTunes but to do that they have had to record an updated version.

So what you have here is a bit of a curio, re-recorded versions done as closely as possible to the originals. For new fans it's obviously more product to buy on iTunes, for older fans it's just interesting to compare to the originals.

What the result proves is how good the original recordings actually were, sure, the re-recordings won't demand the same effort from the band as the originals, and these are decent recordings, but the originals have a depth and sonic quality that will never be replicated because the lengths this band went to on those original songs can't be matched, even by todays technology.

I don't believe this is Def leppard, or maybe different line up? don't know but not as good as original.
