This has had the advantage of endless promotion as final paragraphs in Winner's "reviews" of restaurants in the Sunday Times - which ended a short while ago. But if you want a more extensive set of jewish jokes, go for David Minkoff's "Ultimate" book. The Ultimate Book of Jewish Jokes. And no, I am not related and have never met either Mr Minkoff or Mr Winner.

Even if you've been a regular reader of the late Michael Winner's Sunday Times column this collection of very yiddish humour is well worthwhile volume to "dip into" whenever you feel a bit 'low'. Recommended.

Not too big a book thus easy to carry around. Great to pop into handbag to read whilst waiting in dentists/doctors/hospital waiting rooms. Makes you laugh out loud, guess people wonder what I am Reading!

A Winner from beyond the grave. The likes of Michael Winner will never be seen again in London. I mourn his humour, his kindness his honesty and see him like a dead brother.
