I wasn't sure what to give my son for a Christmas present but, remembering a recent party attended by loads of his mates trying to load up the household fridge with cans, etc., where space was so limited, decided this was the way to go. It holds something like 36 cans or umpteen cans and bottles of wine. It is easy to move to wherever the party is happening and you don't have everyone delving into your fridge (personal space). It has a classic look about it and is extremely well made and well used even for the odd cold tinnie during the week.

Had a Micromark MM60002ENG which finally gave up after nearly seven years .Could not find the same model anywhere so decided to go for the Husky (big mistake).
Cans (440ml) will not stand upright on the bottom and Stubby bottles (284ml) will not stand upright on top. This can be overcome by raising the shelf as stubby bottles then fit on bottom and cans on top. If you wish to have a combination of stubby bottles, cans and wine it is necessary to push back shelf and even then it is only possible to have three bottles of wine. The problem with raising the shelf is that that there is then a step down over the compressor. Probably acceptable if you intend to have only cans or remove the shelf completely for stubby and wine bottles. Definitely not suitable for combination of stubby bottles, cans and wine. This could have been overcome quite simply by making the chiller 1cm or so higher.
Other problems are with the top shelf which bends when only half full and as a result rests on top of bottles/cans on bottom making it somewhat harder to remove those on bottom (needs to be sturdier). Also there is very little adjustment available on one of the feet.
The only redeeming feature is that the chiller does at least keep the beer cold (3degrees when the thermostat is set to just under 4) and is not too noisy.
Expected better quality from Husky but am very disappointed which is probably due to comparing this with my previous Micromark. If the Micromark MM60002ENG ever becomes available will definitely buy this and dump the Husky.
