About the Author

Amazon, just like the University of Toronto's Academic Bridging program, gave me the opportunity I needed to prove myself. Because of them, a runaway who had to sleep in a shopping cart at sixteen, a high-school dropout with seemingly no prospects, went on to live in the best city in the world, meet the best woman in the world and marry her, attain two degrees from one of the top forty universities in the world, before achieving his dream of being a full-time author and having one of the best-selling science fiction series in the world. Great twist, but I never give plot details away. As always, this author builds up great characters, and lends us an exciting adventure, then provides us with a conclusion. I have read the series so far, and this book gives a little insight into the past. I've enjoyed this series tremendously as there are some interesting futuristic ideas put to the reader. Been a good ride, though I believe there may be more to come.

When you first start reading Human Plus, you do so in first person, seeing the story from only the main characters point of view.
This may seem unusual, but it is absolutely necessary.
You need to see this world this way and what a world it is.

You become involved in the character's dilemma very quickly, you care what happens to him. Not all writers achieve this level of emotional attachment.

Remember when you first watched, The Matrix, The Usual Suspects or Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. You wonder what the heck is going on, but you are intrigued and dragged into the story.

That is exactly what happens in Human Plus.

David takes current technology and moves it forward into the future, closer than we realise.
The characters that fill this world are enthralling and deceptive at the same time, why? Sorry spoilers.

If you want science fiction that pulls you into a world of brilliant imagination, then download and enjoy.

If you have not read David Simpson before, you have missed out on 3 great books so far.
Is it essential to read the Post-Human Trilogy no, but why deny yourself.

As a writer myself I admire the skill with which David Simpson creates worlds and characters.
I enjoyed this book and will now re-read Post-Human Trilogy

I have just finished reading the trilogy and really enjoyed it. It's a fast paced interesting read that makes you think bout way could be a real possibility in the future. My only criticism is the oved use of the word : exponentially ....lol

The post human series has got to be one of the best series I've read, the stories are always intriguing and they always include great twists, especially in human plus!

David has done it again and made a worthy addition to the already phenomenal series, Can't wait to read the next one!

This series could be well adapted into films, so David all you need to do now is get Christopher Nolans number and convince him to direct them!

Yet another great read from David!

This book is a great addition to the post-human series, another interesting concept that ends really well, with a bit of a twist!

I'm really hoping that David will continue to write books based in this universe, with the same fantastic ideas!!
