This is a solidly built product. I've had a few sprayers in my time, and most are cheap, with weak seals and dodgy threads that give up the ghost all too soon. Hazelock sprayers are a bit pricey, but this is one of those pleasing times where you actually do get what you pay for; everyone I've owned has stood the test of time very well.
There are however some negative things to consider. The rather grand sounding guarantee excludes all the parts that can fail, so is pretty much a useless bit of fluff that some may even consider a shoddy bit of misdirection. The lance (as others have said) could be a bit longer, and the nozzle doesn't produce a fine enough mist by any stretch of the imagination (which seems to be common with all Hazelock sprayers I've owned)
As others have said here and elsewhere, this is a 3 litre net capacity model, so if you're after the 5 litre one, get the bigger version (this is not rocket science, and I don't know how people are having trouble with this).
On the whole, a reasonable sprayer that offers good quality at a price. The downsides are enough to make this product score 3 out of 5 for me... rather than the 5 out of 5 I would have given it if Hazelock had put their money where their mouth is and guaranteed ALL of their product, not just the unbreakable bits. AND they should have given it a longer lance and a good quality brass nozzle that sprays a much finer mist.
