I bought this book because I think I am suffering from long term stress. I found the book interesting, but not really much use for me in my situation. The book often talks about stressful situations such as giving a presentation. I think it may provide some useful advice for people who find themselves in this tpe of situation, however for those like me who have ongoing perpetual stress and have already been through the obvious options, then I think it isn't much use and is too basic. It also talks about the work situation and speaking to your boss or health and safety department, again OK if you have a good work structure, but my boss just told me to deal with it when I spoke to him. Again I found the advice rather basic and obvious. But maybe for some it is the advice they need as they aren't aware of this route.
