Great book - full of real tips that work

I first read this book about 12 months ago for personal reasons as I was feeling at a low point in my working life, and was desperately trying to give up smoking. Back then the book encouraged me to take more responsibility for where I was at work, how to get some enjoyment back into it and helped me to gain a generally more positive viewpoint again. It also reinforced & motivated me to not only get to the gym, start eating healthier and to keep off the cigarettes. I really liked the summary/action lists at the end of each chapter.
A year later I revisited the book from a professional point of view. There are practical tips and advice on what magaers and team leaders could be doing to help their employees, including those who work from home/different locations.
This book is a great all-rounder, covering a multitude of subjects. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone who is finding their motivation has gone at work or those that need a helping hand in getting physically and mentally healthier as well as anyone that is interested in helping their employees to do the same.
