you can read it through fairly quickly and take something from it,the long term benefits would come from going over again some of the things you have read, well worth it.
There are much better books out there.
Having said this, the content completely disappointed me. The book is not about how successful people think, but how John C. Maxwell thinks successful people think. I'd loved this book if it would have included interviews with successful people explaining their way of thinking and their methods and tricks, instead mr. Maxwell uses a tiny little quote to explain his own ideas of how that successful person thinks.
In my opinion: a waste of money and a waste of time.
I highlighted a number of passages which I believe to be relevant to me as well as my client base.
