This book by John Maxwell is easy to read and understand and not difficult to pick up on the concepts, but with all of Johns books you need to put them into practice to get the full benefit.
you can read it through fairly quickly and take something from it,the long term benefits would come from going over again some of the things you have read, well worth it.

If you are looking for a book to tell you how to improve your thinking then this isn't it. This book covers a lot of old and obvious ground as it preaches on why you need to improve your thinking but doesn't tell you how!

There are much better books out there.

First about the book itself: I thought it would be larger (it's a postcard size), but physically the books looks better than expected.

Having said this, the content completely disappointed me. The book is not about how successful people think, but how John C. Maxwell thinks successful people think. I'd loved this book if it would have included interviews with successful people explaining their way of thinking and their methods and tricks, instead mr. Maxwell uses a tiny little quote to explain his own ideas of how that successful person thinks.

In my opinion: a waste of money and a waste of time.
