This book is unscientific: it makes statements and claims with no citation or evidence to support it. Its instructions are brief and vague. Generalizations are made with little backing. While I don't doubt that some of what is stated in the book may be true (or is, in fact, true) I also attest to the fact that some of the information in the book is frankly false or misleading.
I'm hesitant to write negative reviews about any product or book - I will apply what this book mentioned and if its suggestions (which are rather general) make a difference in my nightmares, I will edit this review. In the meantime, don't waste your money. Do the google search, and read on Wikipedia, and you will probably get more out of it.
It goes in detail where nightmares comes from, and what exactly can we do to stop them.
If anyone has nightmare problem, and want to see a pyschologist, read this book first, then you can say goodbye to your psychologist!
