Product Description

From the Back Cover

'Time to go,' says Mr Monkey to Mrs Monkey. Noah had finished building the ark, God had told him to call the animals and the rain was beginning to fall. But Mrs Monkey was not ready. She wanted a little fruit to eat on the trip. 'A nice mixture,' she thought. Only she took an awfully long time to collect her fruit, and by then the ark had floated away!

How she finally reaches the ark needs more than a little intervention from God and a friendly animal or two – but then Mrs Monkey still manages to pull a heavenly surprise out of the bag.

This new edition of Judith Kerr's highly entertaining version of the Great Flood ends spectacularly in a special four-page fold-out.

How Mrs Monkey missed the ark is a funny and cheerful book. It's all about animals working together and helping, the book is for all ages. There isn't anything bad about this book it is great. The book is funny and fun to read. The book is very lively. The best part in the book is where all the animals families come together because it makes us feel happy. We would definitely recommend this book. 5 out of 5 stars because it is the best book we have ever read.

Just a personal opinion but I didn't enjoy this book & not did my children. A pity as we enjoyed a lot of Judith Kerrs other books.
