For beginners or almost beginners, this is the perfect introduction to meditiation. Drawing on a wealth of experience Eric Harrison clearly explains the benefits of meditation in general and for specific disorders. He includes appropriate suggestions for meditations to suit a variety of situations and individuals.

A big fan of Eric Harrison's 'Teach Yourself to Meditate' I've been searching for this book for quite a while and it didn't disappoint. I actually find just reading Harrison makes me feel calmer before I even try the meditation. Having recently been through some health problems that Doctors could find no casue for and insisted were down to stress I turned back to lapsed meditation practice and this book has been a welcome companion and guide.

Once again another easy to read to the point great book. I am so happy that I discovered this author he has been so helpful, just wish I could attend his classes.
