This is a pretty decent book for cooking a great steak. Has a lot of information of grades and types of steak. Pretty informative and the technique is very good also. The only thing I found a little odd is the authors fixation on grill marks. Seems like every page has a line talking about grill marks. Sure it makes the steak look kinda pretty, but the author seems a little excessive on the topic.
Overall a real good book on steak cooking technique.
