Thanks Rob for taking the time to write this book. I've just bought my first buy-to-let, and this book couldn't have come out at a better time for me, as I'm just going through much of this for the first time. Keep up the fantastic work!
And, for all you property investors out there, the question I would ask yourself is... can you afford not to have this book in your collection?
The book explains very well all the components of being a landlord in a way that is easy to read and very informative. It puts into context all the areas and also covers many points that are not always known by landlords. Even though I already knew a lot about what processes to follow, there were plenty of hidden gems and tips that I had so far missed.
Rob's writing style is very easy to follow and pleasing to read, it feels more like having a chat, which is great when ready about a subject that can be rather dry. If you are just starting out as landlord this has you covered to the smallest detail and if you are an experienced one you will find little things to keep you sharp with your processes and being compliant.
