The book contained information that I would have preciously considered just that - irrelevant to my needs. Whilst it began by suggesting simple cosmetic changes that us men can make, I quickly found that the book encompassed so much more than that. Without giving too much away, things like spending plenty of time outdoors and developing my own knowledge of culture quickly became consistent themes.
Kisiel creates a perfectly relaxed and methodical tone in the book, so much so that reading it in itself gives me the confidence to go out and change my life. It provides plenty of tips that he considers vital in terms of looking better, but it is made clear that there are certain pieces of advice you can give or take.
Simply put, this book lays the foundations you need to change the habits that make you less attractive, and encourages you to embrace habits that will make you more so.
Well done and thankyou, Adam Kisiel.

A word of notice: This book is not specialised on a specific topic, like style or behaviour. It covers all topics in a general way, for people to create a strong lifestyle base to build upon.
The author starts with a modest and humble introduction. He confesses that much of what the reader is about to read is obvious, common sense, and not surprising. And he's right.
"How To Be An Attractive Man" is a list, numbered 1 - 100, of simple words of wisdom; each consisting of a couple of paragraphs. There are a few typos and awkward inappropriate pronouns - insinuating the reader is wanting to be attractive to other *men*. Or maybe the gender thing is intentional, I don't know.
Regardless, I'm glad I read it. And while I may not be ready to shave my pubic hair, get my back waxed, and whiten my teeth - as the author advises - I am feeling a lot of positive energy from the read. It's quick, light-hearted, and contains a lot of timeless good advice. It's almost like listening to a wise metrosexual grandpa.
