This is a short read that packs a lot in. And I have to say, the stuff it packs in is very hot!!

Sadie comes across as a much worldlier wise girl than she probably should do. She has a bit of an inner sl-t going on and it’s nice to watch her experience all her firsts.

Elias wasn’t your typical rock star. He may have been while he was on tour etc but in this book, he is just kicking back, having a break from all the hecticness you would experience in a band.

Sadie’s innocence was quite endearing and Elias took full advantage of it. They had a strong sexual connection which turned into love very quickly.

I’d like to see how Sadie copes with the adoration that Elias gets from his fans. Also what’s going to happen with her sisters!

This is a very well written book. The prose used in the sex scenes, on the whole, were good although there was one word used several times that made me think wtf? Furls! Wtf are furls lol. And when I looked it up, it actually means unrolling which if you think he was licking, biting and rubbing her furls, I’m now picturing huge Dumbo ears sized flaps!!! The sexiness has just dropped down a notch!

Anyway, I would recommend this book if you think your furls need unravelling lol. Seriously though, this is a decent book to read and the characters are good and the sexy scenes are also pretty good too.

Well, this was a surprisingly great read. I went in to this not really sure what to expect, I hadn't read any reviews and didn't know all too much about it. Just that it was novella length, and very hot.
Sadie is 18, gorgeous, totally innocent from most things that 18 years olds have been up to, due to being at a strict Catholic school, but she is also very driven. She knows exactly what she wants, and is determined to get it.
Sadie's big dream is to go to Nashville, to make her dreams come true, she can sing amazingly well, and yes she knows she is good, but she is also going to do whatever it takes to get there. Like offering to clean for neighbours over the summer.
Another thing that seems to be happening to Sadie, is this kind of awakening. She has been sheltered from boys, dates, and anything else most teen girls get to experience at high school. So now she is free, she is suddenly aware of herself and what she has missed out on. Now, I must admit this part I wasn't entirely enthusiastic about. I don't read a lot of YA, and an 18 year old in a crazy fit of loving herself and her body, was kind of annoying. It did make me a bit weary over whether I was going to enjoy the book, but luckily I continued.
During one hot afternoon, after delivering fliers to neighbours for work. Sadie strips off and goes for a swim in the pond on her ground. She only has one close neighbouring house, and nobody lives there, or so she thinks. It's during this time, Sadie realises she is being watched. It would seem somebody has moved in to the sprawling empty house.
This is where we get to meet Elias, famous musician, and absolutely gorgeous. He has bought the house and land for some privacy from his crazy life.

HASH(0x942c4d74) out of 5 stars Another great read from a talented author. 7 Feb. 2015

This was a really great book with two emotionally raw, extremely passionate characters.

Sadie was the most appealing character to me in this book. Don't get me wrong, Elias was super sexy and wonderful but Sadie really shined.

If I had to describe her in one word it would be brave. Everything she experiences is completely new to her as shes had a very sheltered childhood, but she's not afraid.
She faces these new feelings, and experiences head on. Sadie is not the shy, weak, naive girl who blushes at every kind word thrown her way. She also sees the mistakes that others around her have made and she learns from them. She's a smart girl who has the ability to bring a man to his knees....literally. She's essentially the best type of female lead character.
The authors note stated that this book will have a sequel. I'm a fan of sequels and can totally see the appeal to a second book. It's not necessarily that there are unresolved issues, it's just that there is clearly more story to tell. Even secondary characters some serious issues that could use some fleshing out.

Also, at the end of this book is an excerpt for Masterpiece. I'm looking forward to this book AS WELL AS a sequel to one of my top 5 favorite series EVER the BILLIONAIRE!

My Review:
This story is about Sadie. She just graduated from a very strict catholic boarding school where she was stifled her entire life. She is one of four girls and she's seen two of her sisters get knocked up and knocked around emotionally by getting sexually involved with the wrong guys. But regardless of that, she's willing to do and explore it all when a sexy stranger moves in next door and catches her naked and masturbating in the pond between their properties.

Sadie wants to go to Nashville and become the next big thing. What she doesn't realize is that her fling is the current big thing. The sex is definitely hot and heavy between these two. Sadie epitomizes young and horny and frankly, I hated that for her. She has prime examples in her house about what happens when you don't use your brain...at least a little bit. I know she's young, but...ack. I would rather have seen her character as horny, but smart rather than flighty and way, way too blonde. She gives blondes a bad name.

I love that she's a musician and seems to truly have talent. I love that Elias has the connections to help her get someplace quick, but I hate how completely naive she is and wish she had been just a bit tougher and more forward-thinking. If that had been the case, I think I really could have loved this book.

For my rating on this book, this is one of those, 'It's not you, it's me' situations. I think I'm simply over the 18 yo virgin who's up for anything even though she has no clue. I could have really loved this book without the over the top sexual escapades and focus, because I did truly enjoy the story behind it. But the author wanted to go with erotic romance and while I love a good erotic story, this one just didn't quite do it for me on that side of it.

And no, the story is definitely not over. But for me, I think I'm okay with being done with these characters.

This is where we get to meet Elias, famous musician, and absolutely gorgeous. He has bought the house and land for some privacy from his crazy life. He was watching Sadie, and has become completely enthralled by the sweet, innocent beauty next door.
So begins a very quick paced, and incredibly intense, and absolutely boiling hot romance.
It was actually a really great story. Although it was moving very fast, which usually with romance stories, I don't like it to all happen too quick, but it just felt different. The atmosphere and heat made for such an intense relationship between Sadie and Elias, and I actually believed in it.
As it was getting closer to the end, I had actually forgotten that it was a novella, so was a bit shocked when it came to a stand still. And I had no clue that it was the first part, and a second novella will follow. So it finished at quite a crucial point, but it's good to know there will be more to Sadie and Elias's story. I do feel like I want to know what will happen in their future.
If you love ultra quick reads, the sort that don't pause for breath, and is literally smouldering hot, with plenty of intense and graphic naughtiness. Then I highly recommend this novella. It was a short, sweet, and incredibly sexy!
4 stars.

From page one I was drawn into this book. Sadie just graduated from St Mary's a very strict school run by nuns. She is very beautiful and innocent, has never had a boyfriend and has never been kissed by a man. She has learned a few things about men from her sisters though. She also has a dream to go to Nashville and become a singer. She has talent and knows she can make a go of it.

One very hot summer day, she decides to go for a swim in a pond on the property she lives on.
There is only one house that over looks the pond but nobody has lived there in over a year. Sadie decides to take her cloths off and enjoy the cold water on her naked flesh. She's remembering what her sister had told her that her boyfriend had recently done to her and Sadie is getting all hot just thinking about it. She ends up pleasuring herself not knowing that she is being watched.

Elias just bought a house that he is using it to get away from it all. He is a HUGE music star and is tired of the paparazzi always invading on his privacy. What he did not expect was to spy on a sexy young lady pleasuring herself out in a pond. Elias has had more than his share of sex partners do to his fame and all his sexiness but something about this girl strikes something primal in him. Elias just has to meet her so he hatches a plan to do just that.

This book reads like a fantasy come true. Hot sexy musician meets lovely innocent young lady. Let me tell you this book was HOT! These two were EXPLOSIVE together. I swear my panties were drenched and I had mini orgasms while reading some of the sexual encounters that took place.

A few more things I enjoyed about this book was Elias and Sadie singing together. I LOVED that Elias told Sadie that he would be hers and only hers.

"I told you I was yours. Only yours. What we've done means something to me. I promise to be honest with you. Okay?"

He also said and done some very romantic things,

He drops to his knees and wraps his arms around my thighs, pulling me to him. "Don't you dare leave me! Sadie, I love you."
My heart skips a beat, in fact, I'm not sure if it's even started back up again.
"I love you so much," he says. " Since the very first second I saw you. I wanted you Sadie. Everything's just so right with you. You're the only one who's ever really touched me. My heart. Not just touched it but grabbed it with both hands, Sadie. You are my heart. I need you darlin'.

SIGH...................... I have a new book boyfriend ladies, ELIAS is MINE! ALL MINE!

This book was meant to be a standalone, thank god Juliette decided that there was much more to Elias and Sadies story. She has already started writing book 2 Hot Summer Love and it should be released in early May. I have to say I'm going crazy with wanting to know more about this wonderful HOT and talented couple.

In closing I want to let you all know that this book does not end in a big cliffhanger however you will be wanting more and NOW!
