This cordless hoover is a life saver! Easy to charge with the UK plug provided. We have two cats, and two family members who are allergic so we need to hoover every other day - this hoover cleans the ground floor and stairs of our five bedroom house on one charge more than easily, picks up lots of hairs and dust, and is easy to clean out. The best thing is how light it is and that it's cordless - it has made the chore Much easier,

Fortunately we've had no issues with charging or things breaking, but reading other people's reviews, it seems these are dealt with very well by the seller. Great value - we bought at 109.95 in March. Recommend

So let's get the bad stuff out the way!

1. They must have battery issues as there is a big sticker on the front of the box regarding not sending back to shop and contacting hoover. Battery would not charge on my first one or last for more than a few minutes.
2. The emptying of the canister is frustrating, it's designed that stuff should simply fall out but it never does! Always have to get you finger in there and help gravity do its job!
3. I have just asked for a refund as the inner red lock/latch that holds the main outer canister to the grey body snapped mid use! Just before a viewing of our house!

Now some slightly better points!
1. It's light and easy to use!
2. I was impressed with what it does collect in the process of hoovering although anything larger than a pea and it struggles.
3. Battery on the second one is better last 15mins.

In a nut shell I'm buying a Dyson!

This worked okay when it first arrived in November last year but something has gone wrong with the charging mechanism and I will send it back to Amazon. I'm not confident that it will work in future.

Great vacuum cleaner. Was extremely happy until after 6 uses the powerbrush will only work sporadically. Not as effective without it and I'll be contacting Amazon about this. Such a shame. Its SO much better than lugging around a traditional cleaner.

On first impressions this was a reat hoover, however after one month and probably only 6 uses the battery lasts for a max of 20 seconds.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

How this product is still being sold I don't know, there seems to be lots of complaints about the battery.
