a book of recipes for making sausages.

It does have some recipes for making sausages but far more emphasis is placed on recipes using already made sausages.

The recipes are mainly for obtuse flavours and continental sausages such as salami, bratworst etc and very few tasty basics that homecooks would make regularly to use for instance on the BBQ or to grill for a quick meal.

I would have preferred to have had a few good vegetarian recipes included rather than those made with squid etc.

This is a very well written and easy to use book with some really usefull tips and ideas which I have tried with much success.
