Recipes are fantastic, well laid out and very easy to follow. I've made loads now and every one has turned out great, Black IPA and Witbier being my favourites so far.
This is the best brewing resource I've found so far and an essential purchase for anyone thinking of giving all grain brewing a go.
although i knew most of the brewing things in this book, the recipes where worth buying this book alone for me.
I would recommend this book to most brewers beginners or experienced.
this is my first step in home Brew and can't wait to get started I would recommend this book to anyone interested in home brew .
See the photo of my first pint of BEER can't believe how Good this recipe taste.
It offers an accessible nonsense introduction to beer brewing. It covers kit brewing, extract brewing and full-grain brewing. The process is covered simply and concisely making it easy to understand. It has good descriptions with pictures. It also references equipment that can be easily obtained from Brew shops.
Furthermore there are many recipes for many different styles of beer in the book. As a result I go back to this book again and again. If you are into brewing, you will want to buy several books on brewing - my advice, buy this one first to get you started.
Would love to see it on the Kindle.
