My kids have gone mad for the habitat set. The pieces are very sturdy and easy to fit together and my 4 yr old daughter and 6 yr old son have had loads of fun racing them and making them fight in the tunnels. Even if you just let them run about it is hypnotic to watch and everyone who comes to visit has been fascinated with them too. We had one of the nanos on its own before but the habitat has increased the fun much more than I would have imagined. Fab! We will be getting more sets to build bigger and busier habitats. Keep a supply of the little batteries in though as when it's getting used a lot the bugs do get through them.

I bought the Hexbug Habitat Set for my son's 10th Birthday, it became an instant hit! My son, Mother (aged 66) and daughter (aged 3) were all fascinated with them as soon as they were switched on. They're hypnotic to watch, there's loads of different designs for the set (although more pieces would've been nice for the money!), but most importantly, it keeps the kids entertained for hours... My Mum has said she now wants one (I guess her next Birthday present is sorted!) and I'll definitely be buying more for my son (it's a good excuse for me to have a play!).

Got this for my two boys - they spent all of the day setting the habitat up in different combinations and they raced their bugs round their track. Brilliant fun!!

I purchased this for my grandsons 6th birthday at the end of April and he hasn't stopped playing with it yet. Whenever we babysit he always brings the Hexbugs and their habitat, although they seem to spend more time roaming free on the living room floor than in their home range. He has even managed to incorporate them into different games he regularly plays, such as, Mousetrap, Battling tops and Jenga (don't ask). I did draw the line when he asked if they could play Monopoly too. He enjoys Hexbugs very much and definitely uses his imagination to gain the maximum fun from this toy.

My daughters have this set, they already had a hexbug each which they had great fun with but now they have this habitat to put them in they have double the fun! nice sturdy pieces that can clip together in different combinations to make the habitat, and you get 2 hexbugs with the set too, excellent value and lots of fun!

i purchased some hex bugs for my sons 4th birthday and he loves them. I love the fact you can build different tracks and add to the sets as i know what to get for xmas!. The only down side is the price of the batteries. A well loved toy though.Hexbug Nano Habitat Set

I bought this set for my son's 6th birthday and he loves it, Its really easy to put together and very durable too, He also got another track and they join together with no problems whatsoever and can be built to what your child wants, Its just a shame the hexbugs are so noisy, not so good when your trying to watch TV!

My 5 year old bought this with his birthday money and I was a bit worried it would be a 'one trick pony' but its great. He is being so creative planning out different tracks for them to go down, loves it when they have trouble working out which way to go.

It really is a construction set as well as fun robot bugs. We plan to buy extra track later to feed his imagination and creativity.

Me - I just love watching the bugs run around!!
