Product description

The heroine's journey is a quest to heal the wounds inflicted upon feminine nature on personal, cultural and spiritual levels. Based on the author's workshops, this workbook is intended for individuals or groups. Each chapter takes the reader through another stage of the journey, from separation from the feminine to sacred marriage. Techniques include guided imagery, writing, art, and dreamwork exercises to help find clarity and understanding, to break loose of the past, and to create personal myths as a modern woman.
