This book was recommended to me when I said I liked Michael Crichton's books. I was not disappointed. The book seems to be well researched and full of interesting little known facts that support the author's creation. I felt the behaviors of the characters in the story were based on believable motivations and that it could happen. I'm not crazy about bugs but I like a well constructed science fiction story that opens my mind up to things in my world to which I was previously unaware. I enjoy learning about the social organization of other species and how we as humans share their world. I enjoyed this book.
