Well, maybe not, but it certainly hasn't aged after 20ish years. Henry's Cat comes from the same man that created Rhubarb and Custard, not the food you understand, the cartoon; Bob Godfrey, and its easy to see the similarity in style, in the first couple of series at least. It gradually changes throughout the five series, from the original 5 minutes to 15, and the style changes as well. Also we see the regualr arrival of the baddie: Rum Baba.
This is classic animation, in a style similar to the Simpsons, in that it doesnt try to talk down to children, and that adults can watch it with the same enjoyment. Watch it, and enjoy
PS, I don't know who Henry is either

I really enjoyed watching the two or three episodes that I could get on my parabolic antenna in the 80's being only 7 or 8. It is a pleasure having found these series and finally remember the name of this funny, fat, over-indulgent yellow cat. It is creative, it is silly it is switch-off. Fantastic for young and old alike!
