Help! I'm Trapped in Obedience School
By Todd Strasser
Help! I'm Trapped in Obedience School is the best book in the world. This book is about a boy and a dog switching bodies in a small town. Jake and Josh are two boys in middle school who get into their science teacher's garage and accidentally switch their friend and dog's bodies. Andy, the boy who got put into a dog's body, has to stay out of trouble while he is a dog staying at Josh's house. Josh and Jake have to keep Lance, their dog trapped in their friend's body, out of trouble while he is a school. Josh and Jake work at trying to get Lance and Andy switched back into their own bodies. They have to get Andy out of school and take him and Lance to their science teacher's house. After getting into his garage they are able to switch Andy and Lance back to their bodies but with some problems, several of their body parts are switched. After several tries they finally get their bodies back to normal except that Andy can smell like a dog and Lance doesn't care about dogs barking. I would recommend this book to both boys and girls that like funny, interesting books.
The novel Help! I'm Trapped in Obedience School Again was fantastic. Todd Strasser put funny and enthusiastic parts all through the story.
In this novel, the characters were believable. You could almost experience their problems. My favorite must be Foo Foo because she is really, really funny. She jumps all over Lance. The author did a good job on this character with describing the dog and her personality. She is a lovesick, fluffy mop.
In the novel, the author did keep your attention. One of the ways he did this is all the problems popping up one after another. My favorite one is when Jake's in Lance's body.

This book is very cool and funny. I highly recommend this novel to people who like funny books. You should check this book out because when you start reading it, you can't stop turning the pages. The characters are Jessica, Mica, Lance, Jake, and Andy. It starts out when Andy wants to meet Mica (a new girl that just moved to the town), but he's to afraid to talk to her. I'm not going to tell what happens next, but It's a really good book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For the story: the story is good.
