This skill is a guided meditation, a body scan fromthe tips of your toes to your head. It's relaxing, and always gets me to sleep. If i am honest, i have never heard what happens at the end of the session as i am always fast asleep by then! Always wake up refreshed the morning after. Only downside is the volume, it is very quiet so i have to turn up my echo quite a bit to start with. Then Alexa is shouting at me in the morning! It's a small thing though. Highly recommend this.
