Wasn't sure what to expect but wow comes to mind. The title doesn't do the book justice. Bought it by accident and did not regret a minute of it. Very good story, unusual erotic and loaded with suspense. Would definitely recommend his book

Claira Robbins is the name she's been given and she's starting a new life in Grasslands Montana and while she's been assured she's safe Claira knows it's only a matter of time before her past catches up with her.
The McLendon brothers Grey, Matt and Mason were all married to the same woman Sarah who died giving birth to their twins Connor and Carson. In the six years since her death none of them have been able to move forward, they can't imagine living separate lives but then they can't imagine coming across another woman who would want all three of them.
As soon as the brothers catch sight of the twins new teacher Claira they're gone, they know they've found the woman they all want but will she want them and will Grey be able to move on from Sarah.
As Matt and Mason work their charm on Claira and Grey battles his own demons Claira's past is hurtling towards them.
This is a nice enough read, it's hot as you'd expect from a ménage book it reminds me very much of 'Colters Woman' by Maya Banks.
There's a couple of little twists, I personally didn't particularly like the mysterious 'baddie' but maybe that's just me and Claira who's shy and has only ever previously had sex one time kisses two of the brothers in no time at all, ok maybe I mean they are hot it just seemed a little out of character. Also because of her past she has a series of security measure in place but she's so wrapped up in the brothers that she can't remember if she locked the door, now this may seem picky but this is a woman in fear of her life, she's come from hell and doesn't want to go back and yes the McLendon's are hot and all that but this is her life surely she'd remember if she'd locked the door.

I absolutely love dynamic of this book and how it all works. The story is beautifully written and flows really well. I love how all the brothers are so different but yet are truly loving and giving. I just adored the Mcledons. Can't wait for the next book to read, which is about 2 mins away.

I genuinely didn't know what to expect with this book as I hadn't read this author before, however it was I was very pleasantly surprised and have now added them to one of my favourite authors, the book was very well written and I was instantly hooked from the moment I picked up the book.
The characters were all really likeable, well maybe not Grey to begin with :) but we all know that that didn't last long, and Matt and Mason were both lovable characters that you just took to instantly, then theres the gorgeous twins boys Con and Car who just tug at the heart strings and it makes for an instant hit.
I was amazed at how well this story flowed, considering the subject matter (megage) especially considering that there was children in the family, but it was handled very well and diplomatically. I particularly liked how respectfully they dealt with their dead wife and how although the three men were trying to move on they still had a place in their hearts that would always be filled with their ex (dead) wife, as this is realistic and the subject was handled and written extremely well.
Claira was a lovely character, although she had issues with her past she dealt with all three men extremely well, especially Grey as he was the hardest to handle, but she managed it and was perfect for the three of them, well the five of them including the children.
This was a really enjoyable book and a great introduction to this author, I will most definitely be reading more and would like to read the rest of this series - I would definitely recommend this book, which is why I have given it a 5 Star review.

Claira is a substitute teacher in a new town when she meets handsome brothers Grey, Matt and Mason. They are the fathers to twin boys Con and Car and before shoe knows it, she's falling hard for them all. But first they have to get past Grey's unresolved issues and the huge secret she's hiding.
This had a little bit of everything. Cute kids and insight into the family dynamic of having 3 dads, a bit of mystery and action when Claira's past catches up to her and some steamy scenes.
It was a nice bit of escapism and a great free book.

Would give more than FIVE STARS ***** easily!

I came across this book and decided to give it a read... Oh my goodness am I glad I made the choice easily worth the price paid for it! Once I picked this book up I couldn't set it down and looked for others the author had written that may have been similar. Although I could find any others I came across a recommendation to read a book called Colter's Woman by Maya Banks which is enjoyable and similar but Second Chances is the clear front runner in comparison. I have already read it twice!

The description of this book is very detailed so I would not like to say much more and spoil it for you! One thing I would say is the characters are so well developed and their chemistry together is a wonderful thing to read!

Highly recommend this book and will keep my eye open for anything else from this author!
