This is a good story with well-developed characters. Reading about Hannah rebuilding her life and learning her strengths was inspirational. I liked that it was also a very sweet, clean romance. My copy of the book was free, but my review is honest and voluntary.
Hannah realizes she has a great support system for herself and Oliver with all of her great friends. I also liked that she allowed Oliver's grandparents to be a part of her son's life when she did not have to do that. She wanted them to have a relationship with her son. I also enjoyed how Beau's lifestyle eventually caught up with him and he would have to face the consequences for the choices he had made.
It was fun to see that Mike finally found out who was behind the Masquerade Ball's peacock and that he could finally realize that just because his father left him it did not mean he would not make a great husband and father some day. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
Hannah is still reeling from being dumped via text by her ex-husband, Beau.
She's a single mom to Oliver, her young son.
When she gets out of her funk by kissing Mike in front of Beau and asking him to play along.
Mile is a coach and is enjoying not being committed.
He didn't like Hannah at first, thinking she was controlling, bossy but he sure did like her kiss.
That kiss changes everything...
I voluntarily reviewed this book.
