most of the recipes are not actually low-carb. The writer also has very poor spelling and grammar. i wouldnt bother if i were you - just spend a little while searching google instead.

I was interested in low carb vegetarian cooking and purchased this cookbook as a resource. I am disappointed. There is nothing new or innovative in this book. Lots of typos too, which always put me off. Save your money.

I have been trying to go more vegetarian as the years go by and this book has helped me very much. I have found some really good recipes that have some great flavors. I am training for a 100 mile bicycle ride and carb counting and Gluten-free foods are a must. Through a vegetarian diet I am able to get all of my carbs from vegetables and completely cut out my intake of Gluten based products. This book has helped me tremendously as a nutritional training tool. For everyday cooking, it's great! I am not a vegetarian but I often "tweak" the recipes and add chicken or fish or beef. Works for me!
