This a very fine book by an experienced health professional and osteopath. It covers, among othe rtopics a positive view of health during pregnancy; the symptoms of pregnancy; body changes during pregnancy; helpful suggestions on movement and posture to improve health during pregnancy; and suggestions on movement and posture for optimal fetal positioning during pregnancy, labour and childbirth.
