Literally the best app I have ever downloaded for mindfulness. I only use the original '10 free days' as money is tight, but you can pay for subscribing if you want to after you've done the 10 days. You can use those 10 free days as many times as you like; you just start again at day one or choose which ever day suits your mood. I use it first thing in the morning (if there's time!), when I am waiting in a queue, sitting in the car at school pick up time, in my lunch break and/or at the end of a busy day; basically anywhere when I get a spare 'free' 10 minutes and it really has made a positive difference to my mental health. Best free app.

Absolutely love this app. Was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I downloaded it. Use the 10 minute meditation each morning and it sets me up for my day nicely. I work in a stressful job and my boss takes some amount of patience and tolerance on my part to work with. I have noticed a difference in my mindset already after just a couple of weeks. Things which used to bug me or make me fly off the handle are becoming a lot more easy to deal with. I've been recommending it to everyone I meet. Meditation is the way forward in this era driven by egoism, selfishness and materialism. I wish they could make it compulsory in schools! Thank you to Andy for developing this app, I find his instruction terribly simple and his voice incredibly soothing. What's more , if you struggle for money (like I have been) the 10 in 10 is free for life...free to download and free to use; however I have no qualms at all about now paying for a subscription to use the full service, I think its worth it.

You get a free 10 day course, each 10 minutes long. The guided meditations are okay (although kind of the same every time) but I have found better ones on line. The "progress" part of the app doesn't seem to work as it always says I've done 0 minutes of headspace when actually I've done 50.
