I recently ordered this item because I have the first four Ultimate Editions at home. Let me start by saying that I have been
a die-hard Potter fan for over twelve years now, and these boxes make a great addition to any Harry Potter fan's collection!

I bought it on Blu Ray, it included the movie on Blu Ray and on dvd. The extra's were one dvd's, which I didn't mind at all. The new documentary that comes with it, just like the new documentaries on the previous Ultimate Editions, is wonderful and you learn so much from it. Part 5 is about the evolution about the characters, about the plot develoment etc... Really great! On the new disc are also other little documentaris included, about The Order Of The Phoenix.

You also have two wonderful character cards and a great photobook included.

The Ultimate Editions are a collection that is a must have for every Harry Potter fan. You will not be dissapointed with these, it's a wonderful addition to my collection.

This is a review for all six ultimate edition box sets, which I bought separately.

This set is amazing, each edition comes with its own book for the specific film, as well as the blu ray of the movie, and the DVD of the movie, the extended edition on dvd (I've looked in a couple not all), and extras which is also on dvd.

The cardboard slipcover is a bit flimsy so like all slipcases for dvds/blurays, you need to be a bit careful.

Like the above title says, this is too good for children, and if your partner is a massive Harry Potter fan, then this will be an amazing Christmas/birthday gift for them.

This stands alongside The Lord of the Rings extended dvd releases.

Fingers cross Warner's will soon release the ultimate edition of Year 7, so then we'll have the complete ultimate edition set, that will stand proudly alongside the hardback novels of Harry Potter.

Customers must be informed that this edition does not include the bonuses on Blu-ray, only on low def DVD.
There's only one Blu-ray included, and it is the movie. As the movies aren't new edits, the bonuses are the only reason to upgrade your collection.

I counted at least four "ultimate" editions, three with almost the same cover.

- French ultimate Blu-ray (film 1; film 2) identical to US ultimate Blu-ray (2 blu-rays, 1 DVD of old bonuses).
- French ultimate DVD (film 1; film 2) identical to US ultimate DVD, almost the same cover as the Blu-ray edition
- French (false) ultimate Blu-ray metal edition (the following films) not identical to US ultimate Blu-ray.
- UK (false) ultimate Blu-ray in which "double play" means "without bonuses on a Blu-ray disc as they were f.

This is misleading the buyers.

If you want to complete your ultimate collection in HD, do not buy this edition, only the US ultimate 2 Blu-ray.

The DVD is great and it's very interesting but I thought it's region free but it came out as Region 2. I do have a Muti-DVD player but I rather have a region free. It does same thing when I purchase Harry Potter and the half blood prince ultimate edition.

Le produit est conforme au descriptif, coffret en anglais la version audio française est bien présente,
Avis au collectionneur, ce coffret ultimate anglais ne contient pas les cartes 3D qui se trouvaient dans les coffrets ultimate français des premiers épisodes, pas dramatique mais à signaler.
On peut également regretter l'emballage enveloppe à bulle qui protège le coffret pour la livraison car les coins du coffret ultimate cartonné peuvent légèrement souffrir des facteurs et transporteurs indélicats (rien de bien grave mais bon a signaler également pour les maniaques), l’enveloppe permet toutefois une livraison très rapide depuis l’Angleterre.

oui,excellent celui-là comme les autres mais la série française des Ultimates Editions s'est arrêtée au 2ème film...après les bonus ne sont même plus sous-titrés en français et dans cette série les "lenticular cards" manquent.(vous savez, les cartes qui bougent suivant l'angle de vue)..Par contre dans les deux premiers il n'y avait que trois disques ; ils ont rajouté le film en DVD.
